No, all of our supports are provided through remote teletherapy settings. We utilize a combination of phone meetings, secure video meetings and information provided by you in our secure portal such as pictures and video footage of your home or setting requiring support.

Simplified OT Solutions, PLLC does not currently work directly with any insurance carrier. However, we aim to keep our fees within a reimbursable limit where ever possible. We also provide our clients with Super bills for the use of reimbursement from your insurance.

A Super Bill is not actually a bill. It is an invoice put together by a healthcare provider (in this instance, our office Simplified OT Solutions, PLLC) for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. This Super Bill includes basic patient identifiers, information on our office and the services provided including dates of service as well as the important billing codes insurance will need to process this claim and reimburse you.

Yes, it is within our scope of practice to advocate for our clients in all settings including but not limited to schools, workplaces, residential settings and your medical providers.

At this time we are unable to complete seating assessments and recommend that you consult with your medical provider for a referral.

No, unfortunately we can’t supply equipment directly. However, through Therapeutic Consultation Services we are able to assist you in finding any available options obtain any recommend equipment.

Yes! We are very experienced in working with a support team for client’s who live in any of these settings. Please note for environmental modification recommendations we would need to collaborate with the facility and their feasibility.
